If your reward is pending this means that we have received a notification from our advertiser letting us know that you were able to complete the offer.


In order to ensure that your completion is valid, someone on the AdGate Media team will be reviewing your completion. Not all offers require additional confirmation. However, those that do will make it clear in their requirements.


You may see text such as "Confirms after 7 days" that will indicate an offer will require additional review.


Once your completion status is pending, there is no further action that you need to take.


If your reward says "Pending phone verification", you will have to verify your phone number prior to receiving credit. You should receive an SMS message 24 hours after starting the offer. If you did not, you may visit the offer wall and click on any other offer to verify your number again.
